Why Valley?

Frank started Valley Financial Group at the end of 1999 with a partner, Jim Dresselaers.  Jim went on to become the President of H. Beck, Inc., and remains a close friend.  Our goal from the start was to provide excellent client service.  We focused on integrity and transparency helping clients through a difficult period in the markets.  Just recently, the Department of Labor has made some change to our industry. Technology and reporting capabilities, need to be updated.  We needed to build a skilled and versatile team to take on these challenges to maintain that level of transparency and service we feel our clients deserve.  With that in mind, I have invited Chris McNesby, Kevin McGarry, and Ed Woehlcke to join me in partnership. Along with our existing team of Morris Liccardello, Rich Doucette, my wife, Kathy, and son, Frank R Betsch, our goals remain integrity and transparency.  To those goals we are adding a greater commitment to technology and a higher level of service. We are motivated to individually meeting with clients to help them work towards acheiving their goals.   Our attention to detail will make the difference

Frank was born and raised in Philadelphia.  Frank attended Cardinal Dougherty High School during the early 70's and attended LaSalle University graduating in 1978.  Frank and his wife, Kathy reside in Meadowbrook, Pennsylvania. or when they can, enjoy their home in Sea Isle, New Jersey, for long weekends during the summer months.
